Morgan City Oilfield Fishing Rodeo is a non-profit corporation founded in 2013 for purposes of benefiting notable organizations for future growth within the community while also promoting community spirt within our local businesses, especially the oil and gas sector.
For this event, we provide an environment that is fun and family oriented. Everyone in the community are welcome to come out and enjoy the camaraderie and sport of fishing.
We enjoy the opportunity to highlight the Morgan City area to our fishermen and golf players. Please help us make our 2024 event the best ever so that we provide our charities with more money than ever and show off our wonderful slice of heaven.
Proceeds from the events are donated to the Nicholls State University Petroleum Services Tech program, South Louisiana Community College, and other charitable causes to enrich the Tri-parish area by encouraging the pursuit of higher education.
The Morgan City Oilfield Fishing Rodeo has donated over $200,000.00 in the Tri-parish area and seeks to contribute even more!
